People change with time(mentally) some things which I could do ten years ago I can't or don't want to do now .....the memory's are fine but thats about it ..... It is a bit confusing bec you say you were nervous about making new friends. You also say you lost all leadership skills bec you became too dependent on friends. I would say that if you feel that way, that is why you have lost your leadership skills. Try to be more independent again, but realize you need friends to succeed. A good leader is a good listener. Also, some say you must be able to follow before you can effectively lead. I hope some of this helps. Extroverts aren’t the only good leaders.
