apparently i dont have this skill(am usually shy and get nervous to new situations reall easily) and now i can see that this is a really important skill to have in the work world and almost anything. I wont be successful if i lack this skill:(. How can I be a good leader while having fun?
How can I be a good leader while having fun, being relaxed and not cracking up?!

I think you’re born with it. Either you have it or not. You can’t learn how to be a leader. Try working on your other skills.
