My goal is to go to Med. school. I finished my freshman year in college with 100 hours of volunteer work. My duty was to direct cars where to go in a parking lot in Los Angeles. After the car paid, I was supposed to direct them where to park, since space was limited.
Does this show leadership skills or what kind of skills does this show?

No. Not Leadership, but great Organizational skills!

You also have good problem-solving skills and are able to think on your feet. One hundred hours is a lot of time, so you also showed commitment to your volunteer work. Good luck with your goal.
