i mean if your working in a company and everything is going through a system and your employees following the system..do u still need a manager or leadership in that company?
cant the system replace them?
in which situation we can use the good system ? instead of using managers..and leaders?
and in which situation we cannot use a good system..and we always need leader with it?

For that reason we have managers to time try to tweak or subvert the system is done properly.
