Im in the military and Im trying to become a leader. Its hard for me to teach someone something when your own leaders are constantly putting you down. How do you overcome something like that? I try to ignore them and not pay attention, but as soon as they come around when Im trying to show someone something, I get nervous and forget half the things Im trying to teach and then that makes me look bad!
