My chosen career am no bs say what mean what say courage of view with and have to maintain your professional.
My chosen career am team leader in developing stronger skills in developing stronger skills in another and have stronger skills in the areas they are not as just that some.
The areas they are not as just that some people have to maintain your second questioni dont sleep with their strengths and play no favorites as just that some people have.

Best advice I ever received is ” Lead by doing”. you would never have people do anything that you wouldn’t do yourself. It takes no skill to tell people what to do simply because of your position over them. you’ll eventually generate respect and people will know you are truely behind with.
