I believe some qualitys that should be considered in my qualification for employment is of the following. I have a very flexable schedule, I work well with groups and on my own, I demonstrate great leadership, I have a positive attitude and willing to put forth my very best effort in doing whatever is best for the company, I have two years experance with costomer service and I enjoy helping people in anyway I can.

Second, if I were to write my specialized skills, I would first list the ones the company will be interested in, and secondly others I have.
Specialized skills ( I wouldnt write the flowery filler stuff you did)
Proficiant in MS WORD, EXCEL, Word Perfect, ACT!, Power Point, Point, and Quick Books.
Skilled in multi-line telephone operation and taking messages with detailed information.
Experienced in fax, scanning, email, and photo copying.
Experienced in budgeting, forcasting and sales analysis.
