I am at that stage in my career where i am slowly transitioning my roles from a contributor to a leader. I am reticent as a person.
I havce been apprecitated for the day to day decisions that i take and the way i perform my work and I have been constantly advised to take my practices to the next level - Get the rest of my team to follow them.
The problem here is that leadership does not come naturally to me. Can you suggest any books, approaches or other sources. that can help me build these skills?
