Any social groups in Oregon that stress the value of women showing leadership skills in social situations? ?

It is common to expect women in some jobs, for instance police work or firefighting, to be really strong. Yet, after decades of the feminist movement I still find little enthusiasm in our society for capable women in most situations.Pearline
